Mr. Dean Hallberg graduated from Bob Jones University in 1973 with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications and received his Master of Science in School Administration from Pensacola Christian College in 1981. He has been in Christian School education since 1974 and has been Victory Christian School’s Superintendent since 2005.

Mr. Hallberg has also been active in church ministries, having served as minister of music and youth pastor. He current teaches an adult Bible class at his local church.

In addition to his involvement in education and church ministries, Mr. Hallberg has been active in community affairs and was a two-term mayor of Hollister.

John Huffman graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BA in Criminal Justice. He has been the principal of the Junior High and High School since 2004.

Mr. Huffman began working at Victory in 1978 as a coach. The following year he began teaching and continued until 1986. He left Victory for 12 years to assist his wife in coaching the Women’s Basketball team at his alma mater.

In 2000, Mr. Huffman returned to Victory, becoming the Dean of Students, and four years later the principal.

Mr. Huffman served with Sports Ambassadors, a ministry of Overseas Crusades, for 3 years playing basketball and sharing his faith in New Guinea, West Africa, and the Philippines.
